🚨 Nationwide Dispatch & Monitoring for the Public-Safety Community 🚨
Veteran-Owned. Service-Minded. Mission-Ready.

When lives and livelihoods are on the line, your dispatch partner has to be faster than the clock and sharper than the threat. Vigiles Communications is that partner. Founded and run by veterans and first responders, we provide nationwide, mission-critical dispatch and monitoring for the entire public-safety spectrum—private security teams, industrial fire brigades, police departments, EMS agencies, and even the tow-truck operators who keep roadways clear. Because we’ve walked your posts, fought your fires, ridden your rigs, and rolled on your calls, we know exactly what you need on the other end of the radio—and we deliver it every time.

Our
Story

Get to Know Us

Our Founder & CEO built The Vigiles Group to plug the gaps he kept running into on the street—those blind spots where public-safety resources fall short and good people get left waiting. Drawing on his years as an Army MP, combat medic, professional firefighter-EMT, and industrial rescue technician, he chose the name Vigiles after Rome’s first fire-and-police corps: guardians who watched the city while others slept. Vigiles Communications is the nerve center of that mission. It exists to fix the one problem that still haunts every call—broken, delayed, or siloed communication. By blending veteran discipline with first-responder know-how, we give security officers, firefighters, medics, police, and tow operators a single, reliable lifeline so they can answer every emergency without missing a beat. Integrity first, service always—because the people who protect us deserve nothing less.

What Makes Vigiles Communications the Superior Choice

When seconds count, “good enough” isn’t an option. Our dispatch network is engineered for absolute reliability, seamless connectivity, and the same rigorous standards demanded of life-safety systems, so your team can answer every call without compromise.

Redundancy That Never Sleeps

We run dual-path Push-to-Talk-over-Cellular (PTToC) and Radio-over-IP (RoIP) cores housed in geographically separate data centers. If one node hiccups, traffic auto-routes in milliseconds—so your radios stay live coast-to-coast, 24/7/365.

Total Interoperability

Whether you’re on LMR, DMR, P25, or our PTToC/RoIP network, we mesh every signal into one talk-group fabric. Keep your existing radios, add new devices, and let us bridge them all—no forklift upgrades, no dead zones.

Built for the UL Gold Standard

We’re on track for UL-Listed Central Monitoring Station status—the benchmark for redundancy, power backup, cybersecurity, and operator training. Achieving it means your calls are protected by the same safeguards trusted in life-safety alarm monitoring.

Transparent Pricing

PLAN.png

Founding-Client Incentive: lock in 15 % off the monthly rate for the first 24 months (e.g., Lease & Protect w/ Vigiles data drops to $92.65).

Device Pricing Note: Our monthly rates are calculated using the Sonim XP–10–class ultra-rugged handset as the baseline. If you prefer a different Vigiles-certified model—whether it’s a compact Siyata SD-7, a mission-critical XP5plus, a vehicle-mounted unit, or another PTToC or FirstNet-ready device—your per-radio cost will adjust up or down accordingly. We keep a broad catalog of handsets, tablets, body-cams, and mobile gateways, so you can match the hardware—and the budget—to your exact operational needs.

We’re mission-ready today, but we won’t flip the dispatch switch until we can guarantee the round-the-clock staffing, redundant bandwidth, and quality controls every public-safety client deserves.

To cross that launch threshold, we’re gathering a charter group of security teams, fire brigades, police departments, EMS agencies, and tow providers who share our demand for rock-solid communications.

If you’d like to reserve your place in that first wave, simply complete the Letter of Intent (LOI) or Service Enrollment Form linked below. These no-risk forms help us lock in talk-groups, frequency plans, and onboarding timelines so we can go live the moment our minimum subscriber level is met.
